
Who is Chef Andrew?
Chef Andrew is a flavour, food, and fitness fanatic, proudly balancing his life as a chef and father of two—Kayla and Joshua. As the Executive Chef at TO Live, he leads his team of chefs to run events at three of Toronto’s cultural venues: Meridian Hall, Meridian Arts Centre, and the St. Lawrence Arts Centre. His love for food is rooted in his happiest childhood memories, all of which revolve around cooking and sharing meals. Today, Andrew brings that same energy into every dish he creates—infusing each plate with the warmth, joy, and togetherness that first made him fall in love with food.

His fusion cuisine reflects his diverse upbringing, blending ingredients and techniques from across cultures into bold, cohesive plates.
